Our dear friend Lidde aka dididoesfood has once again proven that she is a Master Chef. After her trip to La Grande Épicerie in Paris, and my visit to Rob’s in Brussels for some special goodies; the Master Chef took over the kitchen for the afternoon. The result was outstanding and these are the dishes we thoroughly enjoyed. 1st course:
Apricot glazed smoked tuna
warm avocado cream
lemon granita
black olive crumbs
2nd course:
Iberico Parmesan and ricotta squid ink ravioli
clam sauce
parsley base
picked granny smith
fresh clams
This is a personal invitation for Lidde Master Chef to come back to her second home to cook more of her beautiful and delicious inspiring dishes.
