Puff pastries with figs and ricotta

I discovered there are Albert Heijn stores in Belgium, going to foreign supermarkets is like going on holiday. So I bought a few bits and bobs and today I made these puff pastry pieces.

So no I didn’t make my own pastry…

Ingredients:

Bladed deeg (5 pieces of puff pastry)

3 figs

1 pot of ricotta (250 gr)

honey

egg

Put the oven on at 210 degrees

Mix the ricotta with a drizzle of honey

Put the mix on the pastry leaving some room to fold the edges

Add the sliced figs

Beat the egg and wipe the edges of the pastry

Put the pastries in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes

you can add some icing sugar if you want.

Enjoy!
